Operations Manager
Three Council Bluffs Locations | Full-Time | $60,000 Base + Up to $20,000 Bonus
Blend CB is looking for an organized, dependable leader to oversee daily operations across our Madison Avenue, West Broadway, and Iowa West Fieldhouse locations. This hands-on role is for someone who can lead people, create consistency, solve problems, and keep all three locations ready to serve our community.
What You’ll Own
Oversee daily operations and standards across all three locations
Manage scheduling, call-off coverage, shift-lead accountability, and labor planning
Support hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and team communication
Oversee inventory, ordering, waste control, and transfers between locations
Maintain consistent recipes, order accuracy, service speed, and customer experience
Ensure opening, closing, cleanliness, food-safety, and equipment procedures are followed
Coordinate Fieldhouse event staffing, prep, inventory, and workflow
Review operating reports and provide ownership with a concise weekly update
Coordinate with Sprout Marketing to execute promotions in each location
What We’er Looking For
Leadership experience in food service, beverage, retail, or hospitality
Multi-location or multi-team experience strongly preferred
A calm, solutions-focused leader who communicates clearly and follows through
Confidence managing schedules, inventory, employee coaching, and customer concerns
Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and major Fieldhouse events
Food-safety certification or willingness to obtain it
Schedule
Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week. The schedule will remain flexible based on the needs of all three locations, including occasional shift coverage and scheduled Fieldhouse events.

Blend Barista

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Provide friendly and positive customer service
Prepare teas, shakes, and other menu items accurately
Able to learn recipes, menu items, and procedures
Multitask and stay organized during busy hours
Work well independently and as part of a team
Handle orders and payments accurately
Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized workspace
Be reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
